This report is simply amazing. Not one mention about monument preservation. Grind away, grind away, grind away, and grind away some more..

Michael,

As is typical, this is a report which concentrates on the engineering concerns with the traveled surface. I saw nowhere a reference to infrastructure, in particular the cadastral monument network.
